Pre-Kindergarten Intake Forms
Now Accepting Intakes for the 2026-27 School Year
Welcome parents and families! We’re excited to kick off a new school year with your child.
If you would like your child added to our interest list, please complete an intake form in the language you prefer. After we receive your form, we will add your child to our list. When your child’s name is reached on our list, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for screening and registration. Families are contacted in the order their intake forms are received.
Screening and registration for the upcoming school year begins in March and usually continues through July. Our interest list is quite long, so it may take some time before we reach your child. You are always welcome to call us at any time to see where we are in the process of contacting you for an appointment.
